Perspective in a Bottle
Location: Chichester Description: Perspective in a bottle was a piece of work about leaving messages in bottles to be found by the public. It was made with the intention that an audience would find the bottles by chance out in the city and take their own meaning from the messages inside. |
Little Changes
Location: Chichester Cathedral Description: Little Changes a piece made in response to gay marriage becoming legal in the UK. In this piece little same sex plasticine couples were posed as if they were getting married along a stretch of wall in front of the cathedral. They were placed there in the early hours of the morning as I wanted them to simply appear to an impromptu audience. |
Letters To Strangers
Location: Cardiff High Street Description: In this project I wrote simple, positive messages to people such as “have a nice day” or “you look nice today” and handed them out to people on the street. This was an experiment to explore peoples willingness to accept something for free and the human connection with a stranger. |
